Our traditional 'chouriço', or 'chorizo' as it is called in Spanish, is a lovely addition to several recipes. But you must also try it roasted, it's absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:meat, wine, salt, blood, garlic, spices and wood smoke.
Exteriors:Its outside reveals a reddish colour, a shiny and firm consistency; it has a casing involving the mass.
Interiors:The oblique cut reveals a dark pink tone, contrasting with the white colour of the infiltrated fat; the dough is perfectly linked and it has a unique smell and taste.
