SMOKED FLOUR SAUSAGE
This is what tradition tastes like
A recipe originally created by the Jewish people settled in Portugal, in order to elude the Inquisition - it looks like a Pork Sausage, but it was made with poultry. Today, it doesn't include any meat.
Ingredients:Pork fat, wheat flour, water, ground pepper, salt, spices and wood smoke.
Exteriors:A product with a yellow-brown colour, a consistency a bit soft; it has a casing involving the mass, but not entirely filled in for it.
Interiors:The oblique cut features a yellow brownish colour and it may be noted the pieces of fat on the inside; the mass appears lumpy but it has a distinctive smell and taste.
