Yogurt Ice Cream with Strawberry Jam with Peppermint

- Start by pouring the yogurts in a bowl. After that separate the egg yolk from the egg white and whip the egg white with the sugar to a stiff peak stage. Involve the egg white in the greek yogurts.
- In a bowl (that can go to the freezer), start by placing one layer of the yogurt mixture and other of Strawberry Jam with Peppermint and repeat this process until you fill the bowl.
