Strawberry Custard with Rooibos Tea Forest Fruits

We've been preparing some very special recipes for you to taste our products in the most delicious ways


  • 300 g of strawberries (2 for garnish);
  • 70 g of brown sugar;
  • 200 ml of water;


  1. Wash the strawberries and cut them. Put them in a blender with the sugar and leave to macerate for a few minutes to create a liquid. Grind well and reserve.
  2. Boil the water. Put the tea and leave it for 5 minutes. Strain and let it cool. Mix the cornstarch with the tea.
  3. In a small pot put the strawberries and tea mixture with starch. Bring to low heat and stir constantly with a wire whisk, until it thickens. Leave to cool.
  4. Place in individual bowls and take it to the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Time to serve decorate with strawberries and the chocolate chips.
