We've been preparing some very special recipes for you to taste our products in the most delicious ways


  • 1 chicken brest;
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika;
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper;
  • 1/2 red pepper;
  • 1/2 orange pepper;
  • 150g of couscous;
  • 1/2 coriander sauce (leave some for decoration);
  • 1 red chilli;
  • 100g of spinach leaves;
  • 1 mango´;
  • 50g baby watercress leaves;
  • 50g Island cheese;
  • salt as desired;
  • olive oil as desired;


  1. Season the chicken breast with paprika, pepper and salt. Beat slightly with the rolling pin to be thinner.
  2. In a large pan with some olive oil and put the pieces of the peppers and fry them.
  3. Slice the chicken breast.
  4. Place the couscous in a bowl.
  5. Make an infusion with a teaspoon of the Peppermint Infusion and add boiling water and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Pour over couscous to absorb all the liquid. Separate the grains with a fork.
  6. In the food processor grind the coriander, chilli and spinach. Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.
  7. Plate up the couscous on a big platter and over it the grounded mix and season it with olive oil. Place the watercress, the peppers, mango, chicken, and the remaining part of the coriander and the cheese into small cubes. A real delight.
