- Put all the ingredients in a tall bowl or cup and with the hand blender, blend everything together until you get an even dough or if you have a food processor, put there all the ingredients and repeat the process.
- In a non-stick frying pan, previously heated, put a little bit of coconut oil or a drizzle of olive oil and with a help of a deeper spoon, place a portion of dough.
- Let the dough cook on both sides in low heat until the pancake gets a golden brown colour. You can flip the pancake with the help of a spatula.
- Repeat the process until you finish all the dough. In a plate, put the pancakes and cover them with a generous amount of Natura Pumpkin with Walnut Jam and your other favourite toppings, like fresh fruits, nuts or yogurt.
