Peach Eton Mess

- Grind two peaches along with the lime juice, until you get a puree and set aside.
- Meanwhile, cut the other two peaches into small pieces.
Mix the Greek yogurt with the honey and vanilla.
- At the bottom of each bowl, add 1 tablespoon of peach jam. Then make layers, pouring 1/3 of the Greek yogurt mixture into the bowls, the small peach pieces, some peach puree. Repeat until you finished all the ingredients.
- Finish the layers with chopped pistachios and a meringue in each bowl. Refrigerate until serving time.
