  • 3 egg whites;
  • 170 gr of sugar;
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar;
  • 1 teaspoon of cornstarch;
  • 200 ml of cream;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar;
  • Strawberries for decoration;
  • 5 tablespoons of Strawberry Jam.


  1. Pre-heat the oven at 150 degrees.
  2. Whip the eggs whites until they get stiff. After whipped, add half of the amount of sugar and whip again.
    Add the remaining amount of sugar, the cornstarch and vinegar. Gently involve it with a wire whisk.
