Mushroom rice with wine sausage and cheese

- Cover the dried mushrooms with hot water for 30 minutes and drained them. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Sauté both ingredients in a frying pan with a dash of olive oil and add the garlic, the salt and the pepper. Sprinkle with parsley.
- To cook the rice, heat the onions on a dash of olive oil and then add the rice. Mix.
- Add the wine and let it evaporate. Add the chicken broth and keep stirring. Add extra warm broth every time the rice seems to have absorbed it all. After 12 minutes, add the sausage and the mushrooms.
- When it is fully cooked, turn off the stove and finish it with cheese and butter. Correct the seasonings and serve right away.
