Fried rice with tea and shrimp

- Rice: Pour the olive oil on a saucepan and heat slightly on the stove. Then, pour the rice and mix it with the olive oil. Let it fry for 2 minutes and then pour in the water and the tea. Add salt, stir and let it cook over medium heat until all the liquid is gone. Turn the stove off and cover the saucepan. Tip: you can head the shrimps' heads to the boiling rice, to add extra flavor and color to it.
Shrimp:Peel the shrimps, except for tail tips (you can use the heads to aromatize the rice). Cut the loins to extract the dark string. Put a Wok or pan on the stove with peanut oil in it and let it heat up a little. Add the grated ginger and both the peppers and the chives finely chopped. Let it fry for about 3 minutes and then add the shrimps. Let them cook for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly, and then mix in the rice and let it fry for a few minutes. Turn off the stove and serve warm.
