Ingredients:

  • 250 gr of milk;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 3 tablespoons of oil;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar;

Preparation:

  1. Place all the ingredients, expect the Rocha Pear with Port Wine Jam on the blender or in the Bimby machine (program nº30, speed nº5).
  2. Heat a pan, greased with some olive oil and put some spoons of dough on it. Cook the dough on both sides until they get a golden brown color.
  3. Serve them with Rocha Pear with Port Wine Jam.
