Cold Pasta with Smoked Sausage

We've been preparing some very special recipes for you to taste our products in the most delicious ways


  • 2 tradicional smoked sausages
  • 1 packet of penne;
  • 1 bag of watercress (arranged);
  • 1 yellow pepper;
  • 1 red pepper;
  • 1 red onion;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;


  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain, drizzle with some olive oil and allow to cool. While the pasta cooks, cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a no sticking pan without any fat. When it gets ruddy, remove it from the pan and set aside.
  2. Cut the peppers into thin strips, slice the onion and chop the garlic cloves. In a fry pan cook, in the first place, the cloves of garlic in olive oil, then add the onion, and cook for about a minute. Finally add the peppers and let them cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes.
  3. Let the peppers mixture cool slightly and then add it to the pasta. Add the watercress, chopped coriander, fresh oregano and the sausages. Season it with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar according to your taste. Serve cold or at room temperature.
