- Grind the nuts with the orange zest until you get a flour. Add the dates and mix it well until it forms a ball. Let the dough stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Line a cake tin with greaseproof paper and place the dough on the bottom and sides of the tin to create the base for the cheesecake.
- Mix the cheese with the pumpkin and walnut jam and the cinnamon until you get a creamy texture. Place the mixture over the cheesecake base.
- TPut it in the freezer overnight. Remove the cheesecake 30 minutes before serving and spread more Natura pumpkin and walnut jam over the top and finish with some walnuts.
