- In a bowl, knead very well the flour, melted butter, sugar and white wine until you get consistent dough.
- Stretch the dough in your kitchen bench with some flour, so the dough doesn’t stick to the bench. Use a biscuit cutter and cut the dough. Place the biscuits in a greased baking try.
- Take the cookies to the oven and turn it off when they get a golden brown color. Let them cool. After cooled, place two biscuits together with some Fig and Walnuts Jam, but only near the serving time.
