- Start by pre-heating the oven at 180ºC. Then grind all the ingredients except the apples. Brush a removable bottom cake tin, with olive oil or butter, then place the dough and spread it evenly.
- Peel the apples. Divide each apple into quarters and cut them in parallel strips. Do not cut to the bottom, avoiding separate them.
- Place the apple quarters side by side. Bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Let it cool before unmolding and cover the cake with some Natura Apple and Beetroot Jam.
