Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 110 g of unsalted butter
  • 100 g of teff flour
  • 85g of coconut sugar

Preparation:

  1. Start by pre-heating the oven at 180ºC. Then grind all the ingredients except the apples. Brush a removable bottom cake tin, with olive oil or butter, then place the dough and spread it evenly.
  2. Peel the apples. Divide each apple into quarters and cut them in parallel strips. Do not cut to the bottom, avoiding separate them.
  3. Place the apple quarters side by side. Bake the cake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. Let it cool before unmolding and cover the cake with some Natura Apple and Beetroot Jam.
